In it, Wollstonecraft argued in it that the British people had the right to remove a bad king and that slavery and the treatment of the poor at that time were immoral, as well as the upbringing and treatment of women being immoral. Wollstonecraft saw the rights of men and women as mutual and inextricably linked. Sadly, she died at the early age of 38 in childbirth, and was unable to write more.
