This here is why I’m so angry. Look at the range of the fires and the size of them. Look at the areas where air quality scales don’t go high enough to describe the health risks cause by how thick the smoke is.
Last I heard, 13000 people have been forced to evacuate Saskatchewan alone.
Our Prime Minister is silent. The army has been called in.
American news outlets are BLAMING us for the smoke, as though we had the audacity to inconvenience them by lighting HALF OUR FUCKING COUNTRY ON FIRE.
Our country is burning and no one seems to care.
Oh geeze, that is a LOT of fires.
