explicadinho: My silly two cents about looking for a job with an MLS - a fast growing niche market is in the fundraising/philanthropy sector, the jobs in the prospect research field. They're often looking for qualified MLS grads and particularly in Canada and the US (that's what I'm most familiar with) it pays really well and is quite rewarding. I'm not an MLS grad, I worked my way through to prospect research, but I am a history grad and I couldn't be happier with this line of work.
