I was always wondering if New Yorkers use more water because it’s free. In international comparison they don’t, but there is still a lot potential to cut down as Amsterdamers demonstrate:

Also interesting is the infographic about carbon emission per person. New Yorkers have the highest with 8.6 tons per person, but is on the right track considering the U.S. average with 14.5 tons per person.
